Dear God,

There are times that I review my life and I wonder what good you see in me. I fail you so often. When I mess up, I go BIG! Of course you already knew that. SMH

I’m frustrated because even my absolute best doesn’t measure up. And to top things off, you expect me to help others along. Daddy, I can barely help myself. That ain’t right! The blind leading the blind. Funny. 😜

Wow! Just as my, “I’m not worthy” list was beginning to expand, I heard, “There is therefore no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus and walk not after the flesh but the spirit.” (Romans 8:28) 

I also heard you say, “My Grace is sufficient.” 

(2 Corinthians 12:9)

Daddy, I am instantly reminded of your compassion and awesome love for me. I have a way of making everything about me and looking on the dark side of everything. That’s not your nature. Why am I sensing that I have more of a problem with me than you do? Sigh.

You seriously love me. 😍 

Daddy, I want to be more and more like you. I want to please you. I want people to see YOU in me. Search me father and highlight my mess. I trust you with my mess because  I know that you will coach me to a greater place in you. I want it. I’m ready. Let’s Go!
